Dubai Harbour: New Luxury Residences, Dining Venues Set to Make This Iconic Seafront Destination Shine

Dubai Harbour is fast becoming the port of luxury, with upscale living, global dining, and views. In a landmark move for the district, Shamal announced it will build The Anchor, a 110,000-square-foot culinary venue that will occupy four floors. It will be a destination restaurant. This will feature top-tier restaurants, a luxurious rooftop, and a pool. Designed to embrace Dubai’s maritime spirit, The Anchor offers guests the unique opportunity to arrive by either land or sea, enhancing its appeal as a social and culinary hub. Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal, emphasized that The Anchor will be a vibrant location for both residents and visitors, offering an unparalleled blend of dining, leisure, and waterfront activities. Located close to the newly opened Dubai Harbour Residences and many other leisure attractions, it is sure to heighten the appeal of this community. 

Shamal has unveiled new designs for Dubai Harbour Residences, a luxury, low-rise residential development, in conjunction with the new dining venue. Due to their exclusivity and prime beachfront access, these residences are extremely sought after. They offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai skyline, and surrounding marinas. Binhabtoor described the development as a community-focused space where residents can immerse themselves in Dubai’s seafront lifestyle while enjoying modern comforts and leisure experiences right at their doorstep. 

The project, developed in collaboration with H&H Development, features 345 premium apartments in one- to four-bedroom configurations, spread over eight floors, along with a selection of penthouses. Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H Development, highlighted that Dubai Harbour Residences is designed for those seeking a refined beachfront lifestyle with the convenience of an urban setting. The development promises a perfect balance of serene, family-friendly living in a close proximity to vibrant community amenities. 

Moreover, the homes will boast elaborative wellness facilities, such as a rooftop infinity pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, and an exclusive spa for relaxation. The community will offer play zones, a children’s pool, educational spaces, and family lounges for families. To add to the convenience of residents, concierge services and valet parking will be designed to ensure that every aspect of lifestyle is hassle-free. 

Further complementing this development is the proposed construction of a new bridge by Dubai Harbour and the Roads and Transport Authority, directly opening access to the district with travel time reduced from 12 minutes to just 3.
